Accessibility statement
Pevidy should work for everyone: with a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification, and on any device. This page says which standard we hold ourselves to, how far we are and how to tell us about a barrier.

Standard
Our yardstick is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
It applies to every public page, to everything behind the sign-in with its dialogs, to the offline page and to this statement.
We publish this statement voluntarily.
Status
Pevidy currently meets WCAG 2.2 AA in part. The limits below are known; we measure again before every new version.
Last checked on 29 September 2026 · version 83e7e366
How we check
- Automatically: every page is measured with axe-core (the rules for WCAG 2.0 to 2.2, levels A and AA) and a check of our own, in German and English, at 1440, 390 and 320 pixels wide. Our own check covers focus, target size, reflow, text spacing, language and motion, among other things.
- By hand: a walk through with the keyboard only, and a visual check for the criteria that cannot be measured automatically.
- The result is recorded for each of the 55 criteria of levels A and AA.
Known limits
These parts are not, or not yet, fully accessible:
- The content of documents you upload: Pevidy shows them as they are and cannot improve their accessibility.
- The embedded document view of a third-party provider: what happens inside that view is outside our check.
- The internal area for the Pevidy team is not yet part of this check and may not be fully accessible.
- Titles of your cases, subjects of your e-mails and what you write yourself are shown as they are. Pevidy does not know their language, so a screen reader reads them in the language of the page.
- E-mails from Pevidy and generated PDF files (folder, cover letter) are not yet part of this check.
