The useful parts of an agreement, policy, receipt, or confirmation should not disappear into pages of text just when they matter most. Important dates, rights, opportunities, and next steps should be easier to find and easier to act on.
That idea became our guiding promise: Nothing important stays buried in paperwork.
From storage to understanding
Pevidy can now keep documents in a secure workspace, analyse their contents, and organise the information they contain. When someone reports an event — such as a cancelled journey or an unexpected expense — Pevidy can understand the event, look for relevant agreements and rules, and identify a potential opportunity.
The product then moves beyond a simple match. It determines what evidence is needed, connects submitted evidence to the right requirement, and verifies what can be verified. Anything uncertain remains visible and is marked for review instead of being quietly promoted to fact.
Sources and provenance stay attached throughout the flow. A user can see where a value or conclusion came from, inspect the supporting material, and understand what is complete, what has been waived, and what still needs attention. Pevidy turns that into a clear proof and readiness view rather than a mysterious confidence score.

The current experience brings a prepared opportunity to the user for review. It shows the event, applicable coverage, expenses, evidence, sources, and current readiness together. Approval is an explicit human decision tied to the exact version that was reviewed. If the underlying facts materially change, the old approval remains part of the history but no longer authorises the new version.
This distinction matters. AI can help read and understand documents, but important product decisions remain traceable, source-backed, and under the user's control. Pevidy prepares. The user decides. What comes next
Today, this flow reaches an approved opportunity. The next stage is to use those already reviewed facts to assemble a structured claim or action package. That work will preserve the same boundaries: authoritative values stay separate from drafted language, and every important fact remains connected to its source.
That next stage is not yet a finished claim PDF, export, signature flow, or automatic submission. Those capabilities still have to be built and reviewed. For now, reaching a current, human-approved opportunity is an important milestone — and a foundation we can build on without giving up clarity or control.
